Safe temperatures for i5 2500k?

Hi guys, overclocked my i5 2500k to 4.7 ghz, Vcore 1.3V. Load temps on prime 95 are up to 73deg, idle temps are high 30s to low 40s. Is this a safe range? Thanks

  1. i5 2500k fulload temps on prime 95 are up to 73deg it's still safe
  2. For a long-term Sandy Bridge overclock:
    1. Keep the peak Prime95 core temps below 75ºC (you should leave it running at least an hour to get stable temps)
    2. Keep the CPU voltage below 1.4v
