By mistake i format my wd hard drive

Sir Please help me, as i formated my external hard drive of WD.
is it possible for me to get back my data.

Try a tool like Clonezilla (http://clonezilla.org/). If you haven't written new stuff to the drive, you have a fair chance of getting your files back.
