If any one has issue with there cable modem re booting this made help...

I have the same problem with Comcast in Auburn GA, I had no issue with my Internet for 3 years and one day out of the blue mayor issue. see below!!

This is a True Comcast network problem you do not have to change any cable modems or routers in your house. The issue is outside of your house. What you see is your cable modem is a soft reboot "Max T3 No Rng Rsp Timeouts - Reinitialize MAC..."

I had Comcast out to my Sub Division to work on this issue and it took them days to fix the issue. The fix only worked for 5 days and is was back. I have a new work order open.

Call and open a ticket with Comcast and keep the pressure on Comcast to fix the issue.
