Hi I've read up heaps for my new build, and I only have one question - I'm getting an i7 920, and a SSDHD. Im just having trouble in deciding whether to get 3GB of RAM and get Windows 7 32bit or to get 6GB of RAM and Windows 7 64bit.

I know Im building a high end system so I should probably use the 64bit version, but in all honesty I'm not sure if there is really any point in having more than 3 GB of RAM... is there?

Please let me know what you think and why

Depends on what you will use the PC for......

if you use win7 32 you will have to stuck at 3gb memory forever...no chance of upgrading the memory in future...so better go for win7 64 even if you buy 3gb memory....

The choice now is obvious, but 4GB with 64 Bit Win 7 is enough.
