2600k 4.5Ghz Load temps

im using a z68-v pro MB and in the Probe II asus utility im getting 51c for load but with real temp software i get 59c which would be the accurate one?

whether the overclock is via the P95 test, how the maximum temperature when fulload the stress test, and if the maximum temperature over 75 C at the time of test, I think is not good
