The monitor was displaying message 'dpms off mode' and would not boot. I have replaced the AGP video card and cleaned the inside of the PC of years of dust. When I turn on PC there is a constant buzzer sound, the ram_led light is on, there still is no monitor. The system is a Gigabyte motherboard GA 81PE1000, I cant give much other information as I can't get in.
TThanks
