Please help me with my overclock!

Hello,
im trying to overclock my Q6600 to 3.5 GHz with 1.4 Vcore

temps: idle:42c load:65c (with 1.4vcore and 3.5GHz)

4GB ram OCZ platinum revision 2 PC2 6400 DDR2
timings: 4-4-4-15(factory timings) @ 2.1v

FSB/DRAM ratio: 1:1

COOLING: Cooler Master Hyper 212+ with arctic silver 5 thermal paste :D 

MOTHERBOARD: MSI P7N SLI-FI

POWER SUPLY: OCZ ModXStream PRO 700 watt

VIDEO CARD: PALIT GTX 460 1GB OC edition

i can boot to windows and everything but when i try to play games or run prime 95 it gets unstable, what am i doing wrong? how can i fix it? what do you guys recommend me to do? :cry:

Try upping your cpu volts to 1.47 and retest

it appears to be stable at 1.48(i cant find a way to set the vcore at 1.47), but i noticed that my ram instead of running at 800mhz it runs at 777mhz, while on 3.5GHz on the Q6600 with 1:1 ratio and stock timings, is that ok?
