Cpu plug in for speakers

Hello, I have an IBM computer..The splug in that I plug the cable into is broken and the plug won't stay in..Can it be fixed??

Maybe. Is this a laptop or desktop? If a laptop, probably not. If a desktop, you probably can, but it would be cheaper to install a new sound card and disable the on-board sound.
