Hey, this is my final build I think, I will be buying very shortly, so please tell me if anything should be changed. Thanks (BTW, this is in Australia)

CPU: Core I7 920 (OC to 3.2 for now)
CPU Cooler: Scythe Mugen 2
Motherboard: Gigabyte UD4P
RAM: 6GB DDR3 1600mhz G.skill 8-8-8-21 (10$ more than CL9 version)
Harddrive: WD BLACK 1TB WD1001FALS
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce 260+
Power Supply: Corsair HX750
Case: Silverstone Fortress FT01
Sound Card: Onboard for now, If I don't like it probably, Asus Xonar DX

So, anything you would change? BTW, the Video card, i'm just gonna get cheap for now until the next DX11 Gpu's come out and become cheaper..or i may go SLI If I find a really cheap 260 down the road.

OS: Windows 7 RC
Optical Drive: A good one? Anyone recommend me a really good DVD drive?

Thanks. :)

Nice build. :)

For a burner...look at Samsung, LG, Sony, etc.. and skip the "Lightscribe"...it's a waste of money imo.

Very nice build. I hadn't really looked at that case before, but your build made me scan a few reviews. Nice case. The 260 Core 216 is a nice choice, too.

you don't need the 750 watt psu unless you plan for an sli setup later or an upgrade to a 285. just fyi.

it's a very solid build. I don't envy you folks down under, very expensive for quality components.

I would stick with the 750W PSU, a good PSU is something that can last 2-3 generations of PC's. And it will give you the option doing a multi-gpu setup in the future.
