Need a good motherboard

I need help choosing a motherboard. Im gonna be using 4gb(2x2gb) ddr3 ram running at 1600 and an amd phenom ii x4 955 b.e. cpu. I only need 1 pci express x16 slot because im only gonna be using 1 graphics card. whats are some good choices? ive looked into this board http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128392 but not sure if its the best choice.

i have the am2+ version of this board and it has treated me very very well.
the sb750 is suppose to be more stable for overclocking than the sb710. More then likely though it's the more robust heatsinks that they put into the 790x over the 770x that make them beter overclocking boards though, who knows.
Anyway if you have the extra $40 to plunk down i'd go 790x if you want to overclock and play go 790x if all you wanna do is build and use, the 770x is more than fine.
Lastly if you have an ati card having crossfire as an option might pay down the road, now you only need one, but later it might be more economical to buy a matching card for a crossfire setup over a new single card.
Eitherway though you won't go wrong with either board.

if it helps these are the parts im using. i dont think ill be upgrading or adding any parts anytime soon so a cheap motherboard that can use these parts at their maximum potential would be great.
