First Time Building Computer

Hello, this is my first computer that im about to build but i want to know if there is going to be anything wrong with the components i like so far, i live in New Zealand, so its basically double the cost here of american stuff.
Budget is: $3400 NZ or $1700 American

CPU: Intel Core i7 920 2.66ghz
CPU Heatsink: Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5
Memory: OCZ Platinum 6gb(3x2gb) PC3-12800
Graphics Card: Galaxy GTX 260+(216 SP)
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1.5TB
Moniter: Samsung 2433BW 24"
PCU: Thermaltake Toughpower Q Fan 750W
DVD Drive: Samsung GH-22LS30 22x

Will all of these Go fine? any complaints about any of the items? any other questions required, im upgrading from a dell, so i believe this will be a massive upgrade, but here are my components on my dell..lol

Pentium 4 2.8ghz
Intergrated graphics
15" moniter
160gb hard drive

A tiny bit more expensive but a lot more reliable. I'm not sure of the price in New Zealand.

I'm also sure your well in your budget so you should get a 4890. They're better and around the same price.

You should decide whether or not you are strictly going xfire or SLI cause you can save a lot of money on the MB this way.
