Can i use 6400 cl6 and 4200 cl6 in same computer

I need to replace my memory. My MB takes 240pin DDR2. I have one 2GB DDR2 4200 cl4 and one 2GB DDR2 6400 cl6. Can I use them in the same machine? both are accepted by the motherboard specs. Will it hurt to have these two different memorie running at the same time?

Sorry that's 2GB PC2 4200 CL4 240pin and 2GB PC2 6400 CL6 240pin

If you just want permission you have it!, set bios manually for the parameters of the slower chip.

thanks, I messed up when purchasing the memory and didn't realize it until I received them. Didn't know if it was just a matter of slowing down the faster card or if the CL4 would screw with the CL6. First time (and probably won't be the last) I messed up ordering the memory.
