PC Shutting Down

So, I've had my gaming PC for about 3 months, and have never had it fully working. I built it myself (this is my 2nd build) and have taken it to a computer repair store (where they inspected the motherboard and other hardware, replaced the heat sinc fan, and replaced the hard drive. Still, nothing has worked. I've spent countless hours trying to figure out what's wrong, but I have no idea. What's happening, is my PC shuts down after about 30-60 minutes of use without warning. Sometimes, it will try to restart but usually shuts down within a couple of minutes. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Power supply or video card probably, the hard drive is probably one of the least likely issues here. The shop you brought it do either did not check the right things or did not know what they were doing. It may be the motherboard, possibly RAM.

Were the parts actually swapped out for known working ones? What is the "inspected" thing that they did?
