Hi all im building a new computer system withing the next few weeks, but i have been stuck about that graphics card to buy.

I want to play games such as far cry 2 and crysis on very high (dam i bet you hear this all the time LOL! :pt1cable:  )

I been looking at things such as the GTX260, but i hear that ATI radeon 4850 sli will beat that card in power ( off a friend but just want to check if this is true or not)

The current system im looking to buy is

msi g31 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/148371

core 2 quad q8200 - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/148933

Corsair 2GB DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 Memory CL5 1.8V - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/164756

corsair psu - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/150985

If i need to make changes to the system i can too as i havent bought it yet.

4850 in Crossfire ~ 9800GTX/GTX+/GTS250 in Sli

Two of those in Crossfire or its Nvidia counterpart in Sli will beat a GTX285

GTX285 > GTX280 >/~ GTX275 > GTX260

@ Adamsnake: The motherboard linked to supports neither Crossfire nor SLI.
The PSU linked to is also not able to support CF/SLI and is borderline for a single HD4850 or GTS250/9800GTX/97800GTX+.
What resoloution will you be using? This is a key factor when deciding on a gaming graphics card or cards, whithout it we can only speculate.
