With the Ram that you will be getting in that Combo, will not work with the Cooler Master V10, mainly due to height. I would suggest you get this CPU Cooler below.
I do believe McAfee ia now supporting Windows 7 OS. You can get it cheaper at McAfee own site andyou can also do the Trial version for 30 days. Link below.

Also get some USB Flash drives. One for Windows 7 OS, you will need a 16gb USB Memory Flash Drive should do. Like the Kingston DataTraveler 100 16GB Flash Drive and also get a couple 4gb or 8gb one's too.
Hope this helps you out some, Good Luck and have fun on your upcoming build.

Re: Velociraptor
I'd just get one, save that money and then get an SSD in another year when price and quality improve. Your SATA2 connection can handle up to 300MB/second read or write. Any SATA SSD is compatible, if the SSD is faster than this it's throttled down to 300MB/second.
I'd rather have less noise over a speed boost to the Velociraptor. I find mine quite responsive. I've been reviewing SSD's for some time and finally found one of high enough quality but still too expensive and not enough capacity (OCZ Vortex).
