Which SSD?

Hi,

I'm finally at the stage of my upgrading where I am looking to purchase an SSD. I have a budget of about $300 and will probably look at getting something around 120gb in size to store my OS and programs on (Which currently come to about 30gb). I have a new SATA 3 capable mobo and my secondary HDD is a Caviar Black 640gb. What SSD's should I be looking at?

Either wait for c400 or look now at the c300 by Crucial.

If you can wait, there will be more new SATA III (6 Gb/s) ssd's available sometime around March 21st and during the latter part of April.
