Hey guys. So I'm going to be building another PC (I have built a few before so I know what I'm doing), but I would like your opinions on the parts. I was going for a cheap, but good build. Here are the specs, all from Newegg:
Case: NZXT Tempest
PSU: Silverstone ST70F 700Watt Modular
Mobo: XFX 780i
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83GHz
CPU Cooler: Xigmatek Dark Knight-S1283V 120mm
Thermal Grease: Arctic Cooling MX-2
RAM: OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) Blade DDR2 800
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar SE 160GB
Video Card: eVGA GTX260 Core 216 896MB
Now there is a question I have, and it's about the power supply. I chose this power supply because it was the same price as the Corsair 750watt (which I love, already own one of them), and it was modular, which I think is really nice. Now, this power supply has four 12v rails, while my Corsair has a single 12v rail. My question is: Will this cause any problems with my graphics card or other components? I don't know a whole lot about power supplies, and I think this will still be fine even if I get a GTX275 or GTX285 later, but I need this confirmed from someone that knows what they are talking about.
I was looking to get an eVGA 780i, but Newegg doesn't carry them any more! Is there a reason for this? The XFX should be fine though. Also, I plan on using eVGA's step-up program to get a GTX275 or GTX285 later, just to let you know.
