Which motherboard for AM3? CHEAP

Which one would you recommend? I can get both of them for about the same price because newegg has a combo deal going. I notice the more expensive one has onboard video, which i don't care about. Anything else that makes it so much more expensive? Higher quaity parts or something?

Just want to know if one is actually better than the other. I plan on using it with a phenom x3 720 and radeon hd4770

I noticed the more expensive board can do crossfire, which is nice.

I also noticed the chipset is a different model.
