Pc shuts down after 3 sec. NEW

gigabyte m52l-s3 (no speaker, no internal graphic), phenom x4, Kingston 1x2 gb + 1x1gb, asus 4670 512mb, 450 W.
working for 2 months.
i have left it working over night downloading something, in morning PC was OFF.. wft ???
couldn't power it on, had to unplug cable (or use I/0 switch).
than it works for a few sec, 3-5, always same.
read some stuff on forums, tried different bios battery, removing some components and changes occured:

removed all RAM, computer starts, working till I power it off, monitor remains off all the time.
put RAM back, removed graphic, same...
put graphic back, removed dial up PCI card (only PCI device), same...
get all back , aging working for 3 sec.
note: had to unplug cable (or use I/0 switch) every time when want to start computer.

I also think it's the PSU. I'm not sure how you can, but you should also test the memory. Maybe you can borrow a PSU from a friend?

I did, and we are both right, it is PSU.
I'm thinking to buy some cheep codegen 450w 20$, or Asus A-45GA 450W for 80$.
What is the difference between those two?

Any PSU that costs $20 is junk. The Asus, I don't know.
