Maybe it's just me, but I can't read that. You should list out the parts.

RAM, same price, same company, same clock speed, better timings at 7-7-7-18 vs your current 8-8-8-21, only con is the tallness;
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

And because you're not getting any giant heatsinks, yep! You'll be able to fit them too.

PSU quality? Check.
GPU fits in case? Check.
Compatible RAM? Check.
Good motherboard? Check.
32MB Hard Drive Cache? Check
GPU horsepower? Check
DVD burner? Check.
Complete system? Check.

Okay, so a few questions:
1) Will you overclock? (if "yes, high overclocks" then better heatsink than the one that comes with the 955 required)
2) Monitor resolution 1680 * 1050 confirmation? + Games you want to play, and what settings you'll play them at? (will change GPU recommendations depending on monitor size + desired quality)
3) Speaker/Sound system? (Uh... just in case you forgot?)

o yea i saw those. thank you :)

I will overclock later on in life so ill be fine and ill get a better one.

I dont know my monitor resolutions. I have a 21" and a 42" HDTV Plasma. I want to play L4d 1$2 Tom Clancy WAW COD4 all that good stuff :)  with pretty high settings.
I got headset with mic speakers cant here were they at (CS1.6) lol

Your system is actually overkill for the monitor sizes you have; one 4870 is plenty adequate even for the toughest games at 1680*1050 (21 inch monitor, as I doubt the 42 inch has a higher resolution), and in fact, as long as you didn't play Crysis one 4850 would be enough too.

Of course, with two 4850s you don't have to worry about those spikes where the FPS goes below the playable level of 25....
