Hello,
my cpu gets shuts down suddenly in between and when it starts its a old salaron processor working on xp os.please help.

check event viewer for errors.

Make sure your softare & drivers are up to date.

Does it automatically reboot after it shuts down ?
If so, use safe mode and select Disable Automatic Shutdown on system failure
