Hey there,

Urgently need my pc working for my work & my uni studies. Can't find case and have searched/researched/compared for WEEKS now. Could really use any help or advice.

I've got a Q9550 + Titan Fenrir HSF, ASUS P5N-D 750i, Coolmaster Real Master M620 PSU, XFX 260 Black edition and a soundcard.

Need a case without a massive fan right over the HSF side panel because the Titan Fenrir is tallish, and I need good airflow because my North Bridge gets to crazy temps almost within a minute of the PC being turned on.

I just can't find an ideal case at all.
I HAD settled for the CM HAF 932 but it has no dust filters!

Thanks for any help whatsoever

Dust filters are cheap, and simple to add.

http://www.quietpc.com/home shows 3, in different sizes, ranging from GBP 3.90~5.85

Note the HAF only uses 230mm fans for intake.

Recommended cases please? :/

..then get some generic filter material and cut it to size. Simple things should be simple, no?

and how wud it attatch to the case/fan?, the HAF's front panel is also meant to be a nuisance to remove.

Simply finding a worthy case would be simpler I had hoped.

here: http://www.startech.com/product/it [...] air+filter

It comes with screws and a bracket.

but that isn't the 230mm.. I'd need a couple 230mm filters self-made, how would I attatch THOSE to the case/fan?

With a little imagination, a few plastic scraps, and a hot glue gun, many many things are possible. ;)

I'm not really a DIY'er.
I'd much rather a sorted solution plz, I've considered making my own filter for the case but I still have hope that there's atleast one decent case around.

Anyone else?
