I can't see my mouse curser

Hello, I have a wireless mouse and it has been working just fine. All of a sudden the curser disapered. I installed a new battery and cleaned the botton of the mouse. My computer says the device is working properly, however I still cannot see the curser or move anything with the mouse. HELP

Try to reset the connection between the mouse and the receiver, should be a button on both to do that. Maybe re-install the receiver and/or the software for the mouse.

Try pressing the power button for a few. Then the computer will shut off on it's own. It will restart, then your curser problem is gone. Have an Apple? If so, call Apple. They are the best.
