Okay, guys I'm new here and my current crappy system is:
P4 3.2GHZ HT enabled
1GB Kingston DDR2 RAM
160GB HDD
Nvidia 6600 pci-e video card (256MB).
MOBO: Intel D945GNT.

My budget is extremely tight and $500 is the max I can do, so These parts are what I'm gonna buy, suggest improvements please or incompatibilities as this is my first build. I will definitely be Overclocking!!!
MOBO: Intel DP45SG (I chose this because it can overclock, has two PCi-E slots which I will require in the future and is cheap). $135
RAM: Kingston 2GB DDR3 1333MHZ $18
VIDEo card: ATI Radeon HD 4770 $109
CPU: Intel Core 2 duo e7400 $122
I'll be buying another 160GB HDD for $43.
Total=$427 + Casing and PSU
This is the cheapest prices I can get in my country, PSU will be a Corsair or cooler master 550W and Case I haven't decided.

Please help!

I suggest getting 4 GB of RAM. It's only another $18 for you and is definitely worth it.

You should be able to find better hard drives than 160 GB in that same price range.
