Search for printer spooler drive for win xp to install hp officejet 4500

unable to install printer for my computer. I have window xp, keep getting message error no spooler found

Click or enter this:
Start>Run>Services.msc>Ok

Maximize the screen. Items are listed in alphabetical order.

Look for Print Spooler and double-click it. There is a drop-down box there.
Make sure it is set to Automatic, then click Apply.
If it was Stopped, click Start while you are there.

Now go down to Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and make sure it is set to Automatic and is started. If it is not started, click Start.

Don't Ever mess with Remote Procedure Call (RPC) by changing it to anything but Automatic, and don't ever stop it.

Now try to install your printer.
