I'm literally 30min from purchasing my first rig. I made a list on newegg of all the parts, and after many revisions I have finally decided to get around to buying the damn thing. I came here because I simply need someone to say, "Yeah, everything looks good. Your all set..." or something along those lines.
Here are all the parts: (If someone can look at them and make sure they are all compatible with each other it would be greatly appreciated, specifically the mobo and the memory)

Quick replies please!! I'd like to buy this tonight!!
Thanks in advance to all who reply.
the e8400 is and was good but its being phased out and theres no reason to pay top dollar for intels left overs , esp when AMD offers better cpu's for less
have a look at the Phenom 720 be combos
you will save eniough money that you will be able to afford a better gfx card , and thanks to having 3 cores instead of the e8400's 2 its a much better multitasker
your psu is 1) overkill and 2) not very reputable. look for a 550-600W psu from a decent group like Corsair, PC Power and Cooling

Would you mind giving me a link to some Phenom(quad... or whatever you think is powerful than the e8400) + compatible mobo combos? and make sure the memory is compatible... thanks a lot man.

What's your budget, and what is your monitors resolution.
That, or a Ph2 940 or 720 system. Have you bought something yet?
