I installed my SB XFI Xtremegamer using a driver on the internet (cant find the driver CD that came with it). I installed the driver, and later took it out. Put it back in since my onboard audio is scheise and my computer wont recognize it. I deleted the drivers, redownloaded em and tried to install, but it says creative device couldnt be found.

BTW the line in light is on, so i dont think its the PCI slot itself.

What should I do?

Does your motherboard have onboard sound?

If yes disable it from the bios and try again.
