I have time warner roadrunner turbo with a ubee U10C018 modem with a Linksys E2500 Router. but my download speed is still very slow. How can I fix this issue

You could contact your ISP have your line checked, and have them run a speed test. You can do one also.

The turbo is a great selling add on, but is still limited to the band width available at the time it attempts to acquire it..
