quoted conclusion.......

If you are in the market for a power supply in the 600~750 watt range, one of the new Thermaltake Toughpower units deserve a close look. The 750W model exhibited very good voltage regulation and stability and was quiet, especially while operating under moderate loads. The overall efficiency is very good and Active PFC, sleeved cables, and a 3-year warranty are added pluses. The Toughpower 750W is notably the best power supply I have ever tested from Themaltake.

One is a modular unit and one is a hardwired unit. The choice is a matter of personal preference.

Here is a link to a technical review of the modular version:

I have the toughpower 750W and its been 100% reliable since I got it. It is quiet and easily powerful to drive my OC'd i7 system. Its modular as well, which makes for a neat interior. I'd recommended it.
