Yet another I7 Build

Hey guys,

I’m an avid reader for support and information regarding computers and computer builds, but I am unsure whether my system build is good because this is my first system I have ever built. Please let me know what you guys think and be critical!

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Soon, week to two weeks.
BUDGET RANGE: ~$1700.
SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, Animating/Imaging, School stuff.
PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, Speakers, OS
POWER SUPPLY: Currently I have a 1000W Corsair PSU but if I can downsize, the money saving is welcome.

i7 920 w/dual gtx 275's

Do a google on "ewiz coupons" or "ewiz promo codes" and save another $5 - $15 off that mobo/cpu combo. It's all in the shopping. That psu will easily push two of those cards in SLI. No need for a sound card imo, onboard sound just keeps getting better and better these days.

Price was yes. A 275 with a slight over clock runs about par with a gtx 285, yet it uses less power and produces less heat. That card is a bargain.
