My CPU and Motherboard Temp

Hi everyone, at first sorry my english, I'm from Peru
Yesterday I installed de AIDA, and I get a surprise with my Cpu and motherboard temp, they have FEVER! I think it's very high, my Cpu is configured with Cool n' Quiet, so when I play games the temp goes very high, what can I do? I have an AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition 3.4Ghz, V8 Cooler, motherboard Gigabyte 870A-UD3, my case is CoolerMaster CM690 II Advanced

Hi and welcome to Tom's forum.

Your CPU cooler isn't the best, but check in your BIOS if the "Smart fan control" is enable. Download Hardware monitor or core temp for confirm CPU temp.
