Merola's Multi-Painting works with University, as do the flamingos of
happiness and the power espresso machine. The painting and espresso machine
can be found at MTS2, but I'm not sure where the flamingos come from. Maybe
livin-it-up?

Anyway, you'll find several good hacks on this page.
