Is the Storm Sniper worth the extra $ over the Storm Scout?

Is the Cooler Master Storm Sniper worth the extra $ over the Cooler Master Storm Scout?
My build:
I7 975
Cooler Master V8
ASUS Rampage Extreme II
two XFX HD-5870 in Crossfire


I can buy the Storm Scout for $79.99 + Tax but with a $10.00 mail in rebate or I can buy the Storm Sniper for $119.99 with free shipping. The differences the sniper is a little larger and has rubber feet. But do I need a larger case for my build?

Yes, go with the Sniper.

I would also change the CPU to i7 920 + OCing.

And change the Cooler to Prolimatech Megahalems.

Thanks, I decided to go with the Sniper, but I was way tooo late posting anything on these boards when it came to the CPU and Cooler. My I7 975 and V8 are already bought and paid for. I'm just waiting on my Video card to ship so I can start putting this together.
