How can I detect the fan speed and temperature for the Corsair 850HX power supply? It does not have a 3-pin fan connector. Thanks for the help.

The PSU does a great job of regulating the fan. We worked very hard on all of our PSUs to strike a good balance between cooling and noise.

u can see the fan speed with Everest ( tools -> system stability test -> fans).
about the temp, i believe the only way to check it is with a hand thermometer.

Everest cannot detect the fan speed of a PSU that does not have a fan header connected to the motherboard.

I tried Everest. The program is nice, but I guess I'll just have to trust my PSU to do it's job without monitoring since it does not have a fan connector. Thank you both for the help.

It's working great so far so I've not had to monitor it. Thanks for all the responses.
