How to enable secondary hard drive

Somekow I disabled my C drive, and can only start up the bidgger D drive. I need information on older and smaller drive

Need to explain a bit better, what is this "somehow" you did? You must know what you were clicking, moving before this happened. Is the drive not seen in Windows? How was Windows installed even? Dual-boot?

Without some more details, the solution is to wipe the computer, and start with a clean Windows setup with clean partitions.
