Which RAM should i get?

Hey

I need 3GB / 4GB of RAM to go with this system:


-Mobo: Asus P7P55D -- Specs

-Processor: Intel Core i5

-Graphics: ATI HD5770

-HDD: West digital 7200rpm 500GB

-PSU: Corsair tx750


These are the couple that i been looking at:

-G-Skill 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz/PC3-12800 Ripjaw Memory Kit CL7(7-8-7-24) 1.65V (£79.99)

-OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz/PC3-12800 Obsidian i5 Memory Kit 1.65V CL9(9-9-9-24) (£74.98)

-GB G.Skill DDR3 PC3-12800 ECO Series (9-9-9-24, 1.35V) Dual Channel kit (£86.86 + p&p:£5.43)

Which would be fastest and best compatible with my Mobo? or is there another set you would recommend?
