Hello all.
I have a bit of an issue with my very first home built system.

Upon initial boot up the CPU fan will not spin and BIOs does not appear.
The fan does however begin to spin after I kill the power.
I need some help from the community to figure this thing out. If I can clarify anything at all just let me know. Thank you in advance.

Something is shorting. Does it give any beeps? Try just the CPU and mobo (outside the case) to see if the fan spins on power on.
