Can't choose: Asus P7P55D or GA-P55-UD3R

Im not using CrossFire or Sli although my graphics card is a 9800GTX + (4850, 4870, GTS 250 are all out of stock where i am living)

I can't decided whether to use the Asus or Gigabyte motherboard. They cost $168 and $124 respectively. I find the Asus board more attrative compared to the Gigabyte for. Besides that, is there any other reason i should pay an extra $40 for the Asus mothboard (better quality, overclocking..)

I have used Asus boards almost exclusively since ....well....in this millenium

A large part of that is familiarity but they have consistently been top performers and there's humans on end of telephone support lines which makes it easy. With dominant market position, the forums are well participated in.
