Liquid cpu cooler or Cpu fan one or the other or both

I am going to purchase the i7 2600k processor.
when i look at tigerdirect for a Corsair CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler with They also suggest buying the Cooler Master V8 CPU Fan. What is it one or the other i should use. Can I use both. Thanks for your help.

Next question which is the best cooling system to purchase? A case with liquid cooling system or just the Hydro series cooler? Do you have to buy a case capable of liquid cooling? What shall I do?
