Carl, see if you can get into Safe Mode and create a new user profile
from there. Just tap F8 repeatedly
on Startup.

Thank you Rich, but I got in contact with the person that I bought the computer from and he just reinstalled the windows programs that I had deleted. It did not reformat my harddrive but only reinstalled the deleted files and programs.
