What would be the best air cooler I can get for about $50-$70

My temps with a 2600k oc'ed to 4.5 @1.320-1.350v with an ambient room temp ranging from 19-25C are idle 33-37C and full load hottest core 78C

Looking to hopefully get a load temp of 65C max if possible.

I'd say the best air cooler for your money would either be the Spire Thermax Eclipse II,Xigmatek Aegir or the Scythe Mugen 3.

Spire Thermax

XIGMATEK Aegir

Scythe Mugen 3

Out of those 3, either the Spire Thermax or the Xigmatek Aegir is going to give you the best results because of the Direct Heatpipe Contact technology.

Here's some temps from a bunch of different coolers.

Have a look at this...

http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-r...

The Cooler Master Hyper212+ performs only 5c higher than that $70 cooler.Up until a couple months ago the Hyper212+ was priced at $30.Just because the cooler costs a lot of money doesn't mean that it will outperform a cooler thats cheaper than it.
