Zotac Geforce GTX 260 problems

Hi, I have just bought a new graphics card but i am having a problem with it. When i switch the system on i get 1 long and 2 shorts beeps but no display at all. It is all plugged in correctly (i believe) with the DC PCIE connector from the PSU to the card connected.

My system is-

Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3
Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
Memory - 2GB DDR2
Power Supply - Corsair 620W
Windows XP

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Reseat the video card.
Clear the bios.
