Help Needed Please - New Build But Video Error Beep Code

Hi all from Australia!

This is only my third time building from scratch and the first time I am stumped with this issue

I have followed the steps to troubleshoot and have also breadboarded the system

I do have an internal speaker set up so can diagnose the beep codes

With CPU only I get the long continuous beeps indicating memory error

With CPU and memory I get video error of one long and thre sucessive short beeps

With CPU, memory and GPU I get the same error of one long and three short beeps

I get full power up, fans and lights running and no other indication something is wrong other than 'no signal' from the monitor when the card is in and the beep code listed when its not

I have tried two cards in the system, a new 9500GT and my older and pulled from previous system 8500GT which I KNOW works

The ONLY thing I havent troubleshooted is the CPU as it came pre-installed from the seller

ASUS M4A78 Plus Mobo
AMD Phenom II X4 940 CPU
ECS GeForce 9500GT 1Gb
2 x 2Gb Crucial DDR2 RAM
Soundblaster X-Fi
600W PSU

This Case - bearing in mind I also have issues with the case as the panel on the front doesnt light up and I cant for the life of my figure out where to connect the power!

Any assistance would be much appreciated

Never mind, I figured it out! Turns out that I didnt have the RAM in the right channels. I am installing Windows 7 as we speak!
