Hey there, just wondering if the Athlon II x4 640 is overclockable to as close to ~ 3.9GHz as possible, on an Asus M4A78LT-M-LE?

Just wondering, will the 95W CPU limitation on the board prevent me from OCing, as the 640 is already 95W, or am I good to push it as close to 3.9GHz as possible?

> PSU: Antec Neo Eco 520C 520W Power Supply with 40AMPS on the 12v rail, 80+ certified and so forth.
> RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws F3-10666CL9D-4GBRL (2x2GB) DDR3 (1333mhz).
> GPU: HIS Radeon HD6870 1GB.

Thanks in advance.
