What cpu can go with NARRA3 motherboard

im tryin to upgrade my computer because its getting really slow and i love playing games i hate it when it lags so can some one help me what cpu can go with NARRA3 motherboard like the best one that is compatible with my myboard.

How do you flash the BIOS for a narra3 board, I too want to upgrade cpu but can't get what I want because of BIOS limitations. Is it risky or hard, and if you do where do you find all the correct firmware?
