Hyper 212 Plus or Quiet?

I am considering buying a Coolermaster Hyper 212 but on scan there seem to be two different variations of it, which is the better one?:

The "Quiet" one is the original, the Plus one is the 2nd generation of it, get the 2nd one

as posted above hyper 212+ is better. but if you take the 'quiet' terminology seriously, then i advice you to swap the bundled fan with those cooler master 90cfm fans or xtra flow fans as the bundled fan gets spoiled very quickly and the rubber pads behind it aren't helpful. plus it adds to the asthetics...
