Burning x264's on blu rays

So i have some x264 videos that are in 3d that are about 11 gigs a piece so i have to use my blu ray burner. I want to use it anways since i haven't yet. Well anyways i want to know how to burn the x264's to blu ray so they will play on my blu ray player and not lose the quality of the 1080p. Pleas any suggestions or answers are much appreciated

You must encode the file properly unless your bluray player will also play native x264 packaged as MKV or what ever.

Is there no program that will just encode the x264 to play on blu ray

That webpage was not really a step by step process i dont believe

Remember, making DVD movies was not as easy as putting an MPEG video on DVD. Eventually, DVD players supported direct MPEG, but prior, you had to use a DVD authorizing program like NERO.
