Monster Photoshop Machine

I work for a company that works in wide format printing. We do large graphics you would see in sports stadiums. The computers we have are Pentium 4 HT dells, and can't handle the large raster graphics we are going. I have been told to part out the fastest graphics station I can dream up. Anyone have suggestions on what components you would get if money was no object.

nvidia quadro CX (especially made for adobe products)
2 SSD in RAID for programs and OS
many 1TB drives in RAID for storage
