I'm having ISP problems (flappings or droppages) and I'm trying to find some good and simple software just to log my downtime so I can report that back to my ISP. Even though I'm offline for 5-10 mins at least twice a day, they are not admitting it.
I'm not looking for anything fancy, just something that monitors the connectivity and logs any "offline" time.
