W7 booting image

When i turn my pc on i can see the "Starting windows" screen but i cant see the animation,i just see a little dot.
i installed W7 on my sis computer and i can see it ok.
i was thinking,the other computer doesn't have a graphics card installed.if it makes a difference?Why i cant get that on my pc?

C'mon, there must be somebody having the same thing?This is the only this i have wrong,but i dont think it's the answer to my question.i'm not using a raid
